 I had some evening appointments last week that left the weekend completely open and I admit I slept through most of it. I didn't realize how exhausted I was and how important self care is. Are you getting the self care you need? I can only imagine you are busy with work and family and the holidays coming up and it is stressful as Fu#K, but you have to remember to take care of yourself too. I am going to be hosting a very basic BDSM 101 class in January.  This classis for those who are curious and are newbies to the life. Coming back after a few days rest from being sick, I was a little depressed that my phone had not been ringing off the wall and I had nothing booked for the weekend.
